An international jury at the World Drink Awards held in London chose precisely this one: our Amaro Fabbrizii Riserva was awarded the World's Best Bitter 2025.

The World Drinks Awards are a prestigious event in the world of spirits , held since 2013, with a panel of experts who taste the products anonymously.

"The best amaro in the world. We heard it here in London tonight, but it still seems incredible to us," said Fabrizio Fugazzi, Sole Director of Liquorificio Fabbrizii, at the award ceremony. "It's a victory that embodies everything we believe in: the rediscovery of ancient recipes, craftsmanship, a connection to our traditions, and last but not least, the strength of a team, of a family."

“The liqueur presents a sherried nose with dominant wood, oak, and leather tannins, complemented by big, concentrated flavors and bitter notes reminiscent of Amaro. The palate is complex, showing a herbal complexity alongside notes of sweet vanilla, maple, tobacco, and toffee. The finish is lovely, with plush tannins and a balance of bitterness and sweetness, making it very expressive.”
