LIMONCELLO
DI SANTO STEFANO

Limoncello like back then

Santo Stefano is our original hometown in the Aveto Valley: we couldn’t help but give its name to our Limoncello, an important liqueur made with 40% more lemons than the quota established by the Consortium of Limone di Sorrento PGI. That is why it is so fragrant and rich in essential oils: you will taste the difference right away!
Ingredients: water, lemon peel infuse made with “Limoni di Sorrenti PGI” (alcohol, water, lemon peel), sugar, alcohol. Guaranteed minimal weight ratio of 350gr of Limone di Sorrento PGI per liter.

HOW WE MAKE IT

Given our great passion for Limoncello, we don’t miss out on anything: while we wait to be able to produce ours exclusively with lemons from the Ligurian Riviera, we use the peels of PGI lemons from the Amalfi coast, macerated in alcohol.

HOW TO DRINK IT

Our Limoncello should be kept in the fridge, or better yet the freezer, so you can drink it neat and freezing cold after a meal.
Try it the traditional way after coffee for an even fresher digestive, or as an original cocktail in our Spritzzarlo: two parts Limoncello di Santo Stefano, three parts and a half Champagne, one part and a half of tonic water, ice and mint leaves.
