2. Scope of application

These General Conditions govern the remote sale of products via the e-commerce site.

By placing an order, the user fully accepts these conditions.

3. Purchase Requirements – Sale of Alcohol

The sale of products is reserved exclusively to adults (18 years of age or older).

By placing an order, the user declares under his/her own responsibility that he/she is of legal age.

The Seller assumes no responsibility in the event of false declarations.

4. Products

Product features are described in the relevant product sheets.

The images are for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly represent the actual product (e.g. label variations, vintages, limited editions).

5. Prices

All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are indicated separately before order confirmation.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; the prices applied will be those visible at the time of the order.

6. Purchase methods

To make a purchase, the user must:

  1. Select products

  2. Add them to your cart

  3. Fill in the required data

  4. Confirm order

Confirmation of the order implies the conclusion of the contract.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of:

  • product unavailability

  • obvious errors in pricing

  • suspicion of fraudulent activity

7. Payments

Payment can be made using the methods indicated on the site (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments).

Payment data is managed directly by certified providers and is not stored by the Seller.

8. Shipping and delivery

Shipments are made via selected couriers.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination.

Upon delivery, the customer is required to check:

  • integrity of the packaging

  • product matching

Any anomalies must be reported immediately to the courier and communicated to the Seller.

The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon delivery.

9. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send written communication via email to:

info@liquorificiofabbrizii.com

Products must be returned:

  • intact

  • unopened

  • in the original packaging

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

10. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

  • open products

  • sealed products which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and which have been opened after delivery

  • personalized goods or personalized numbered editions

11. Legal guarantee of conformity

The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

In case of a defective product, the customer has the right to a replacement or refund.

12. Responsibility

The Seller is not responsible for:

  • improper use of products

  • consumption by minors

  • delays attributable to the courier

  • force majeure

Responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages is recommended.

13. Intellectual property

Brands, logos, images, and content on the site are the property of the Seller or their respective owners and may not be used without authorization.

14. Applicable law and competent court

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

For disputes with consumers, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer has jurisdiction.
