RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. Right of withdrawal for the consumer

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer who qualifies as a consumer (a natural person who purchases for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of the date of delivery of the products, without having to provide any reason.

2. Methods of exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an explicit communication within the deadline indicated above, via:

The communication must contain:

  • Name and surname

  • Order number

  • Order date

  • Product(s) for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal

3. Return of products

The customer is required to return the products within 14 days of the withdrawal notification.

Products must be returned:

  • intact

  • unopened

  • undamaged

  • complete with original packaging

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

4. Refund

Once the returned products have been received and verified, the Seller will process the refund within 14 days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

The Seller may withhold the refund until receipt of the goods or until the customer has demonstrated that they have been shipped.

5. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases provided for by art. 59 of the Consumer Code, and in particular for:

  • sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and which have been opened after delivery;

  • customized products or personalized numbered editions upon customer request;

  • goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods.

6. Products damaged during transport

If the product is damaged upon delivery, the customer is required to immediately report it to the courier and contact the Seller within 24 hours of receipt.
